Three That Matter Damien Nelson
Welcome to Three That Matter — our new segment where we ask our friends and artists in the industry about their favourite three tracks at the moment. We’re all about sharing the music and the tracks we (the AMBY team) love, and wanted to involve more people to share what they love. Today we feature Damien Nelson, enjoy her three that matter!

My name is Damien Nelson and I am Publicity Manager at FLIP Publicity and Promotions in Toronto.  We work in the performing arts and some of our recent projects include NXNE, Muskoka Sound Music Festival, imagineNATIVE Film and Media Arts Festival and way more.  I like music, comedy and chocolate milk.

Just One Drink by Jack White – This song is the most fun on Lazaretto.  It’s a great sing-a-long song and the dancers out there can definitely dance to it too.

Broken Hearted Love Song by The Shoe – I was introduced to this band at NXNE. I really enjoy the simply sad melodies and quirky lyrics.

Eden by Lakes of Canada – This band kicked the shit out of my stagnant views of what folk music can be.  This song single-handedly got me through a particularly stressful Spring.
