ON DISPLAY here, you see three young musicians from central Massachusetts. Ten years ago, Jon (blank) and Conor (blank)—sharing adjacent 8th grade lockers—discovered shared musical interests and began practicing in Conor’s wood paneled basement. Years later they added the talents of a precocious young bassist, Phil (blank).
[Hey readers! Let us out of here!]
ALL THREE SPECIMENS are full time residents of the Boston area. Phil is an up-and-coming Hip-Hop/R&B producer (and future English teacher). Conor often performs in multiple improv shows per week. Jon works in research and awaits responses from medical schools.
[Somebody, please, we’ve got jobs!]
DESPITE their busy lives, the specimens still write and record albums together. Their first album under the Blank Brothers moniker, Fade Soul, explores overwhelming and isolating aspects of modern life: internet, advertising, and love.
[I swear, guys, I thought this was the back entrance to Raising Cane’s]
ONLOOKERS MAKE NOTE: Blank Brothers is a decidedly DIY artistic venture. Without studio time limits, the Brothers freely record songs themselves until they achieve their vision (statement presupposes a clear vision). Ten years of experience have taught them to act as their own producers and engineers. Songs are self-produced and mixed, then mastered by friend-of-the-band Jake Gaulin. Photography by band-friend, Molly Ferrill. Videography by amigo-de-la-banda Jared James King. Graphic Design by the Blank Brothers themselves.
[I just got an email from work, I’ve been let go.]
PLEASE DON’T FEED the specimens. They are currently working on the follow up to Fade Soul and need to focus on putting out a single (with a video) soon. Live shows will occur when the band is released back into the wild.
[…Might as well just accept this now]
PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND SHARE the album on your way out.
[Well, that’s nice of them…]

[Did anyone hire a PR team?…No?…Either way, we love you all. Thanks for listening. <3 J, C, and P]
