The runaway bassline propels a song brimming full of wonderful ideas executed with skill and devastating effectiveness. Every piece of the puzzle fits so well and the stunning voice of Louisa Osbourne is perhaps the only immediate tell that this is the work of promising Leeds based band The Witch Hunt.
The disappearing act worked a charm, with Feline confidently straddling everything that made the previous incarnation show that promise and delivering on it at a pace.
There isn’t one thing that doesn’t work on this truly superb introduction to Actor as a project, with Chris Mulligan producing and co-writing with Osbourne at the forefront as a focal point and Ste Anderson masterfully underpinning it all rhythmically. This can certainly only be the start of something great.
