After the sudden cancellation of their show back in October, beloved surf-punk band FIDLAR came back to San Francisco venue Slim’s to rage with their Bay Area fans, and rage they did. The LA locals came back on December 2nd to a sold out show after a short tour in Europe. The band is currently promoting their newest album ‘Too’, which was released early September. The opening band was Meat Market who put on a great performance warming up the crowd that would soon be bouncing off the walls. The moment FIDLAR came on stage, the fans knew what to do; the crowd moved like an ocean, everyone moved around as a whole unit, no one stood still. Toward the end of the show lead singer Zachary Carper managed to get the hectic crowd to all sit down, this would cause a buildup of excitement as the whole room dropped to the floor. The band began to strum the beginning of ‘Cocaine’ and at the right moment everyone leaped to their feet. It was an extremely fun show to witness and for all of those garage punk band lovers, they need to hear this band.
