Obsidian Theatre Company and Acting Up Stage Company are putting together a special show for 2017 and are ready to celebrate with everyone with their upcoming production of Passing Strange – a rock and roll theatre show.
Set in the late 1970s, Passing Strange tells the story of The Youth, a black teen who leaves everything he knows to travel Europe in search of not only himself, but a place to call home. The shows will run from January 24th to February 5th at The Opera House in Toronto and stars Jahlen Barnes, Divine Brown, Beau Dixon, Peter Fernandes, David Lopez, Sabryn Rock, and Vanessa Sears.
