Hi we’re The Sea The Sea from Oxford, and we’ve been together since summer 2012. David Freeman, Danny Crane-Brewer, Matteo Cocco, Matthew Clarkson and Stuart Norfolk make up the band. We write dreamy indie-pop with soundscapey, rhythmic guitars; Foals, The Maccabees, and Wild Beasts are bands we’re big on. We’ve released four demo singles (one a month up to Christmas 2012) and have performed two gigs so far, our most recent performance being a BBC Introducing in Oxford event. Our demo singles are all available for free download, though they’ll come down when we release our first EP in the summer. We’ll be spending the next few months gigging in Oxford and beyond, so keep an eye on our Twitter or Facebook for developments and hopefully we’ll see you there !
