Pemberton Music Festival is a five-day celebration (taking place on July 16th-20th) in Pemberton Valley (British Columbia) full of dancing, food, friendship, and incredible music. With artists spanning from Nine Inch Nails to St. Vincent to Blondie, there’s guaranteed to be an act there for everyone to enjoy. Just when you think the festival’s line-up couldn’t get much better, Pemberton Music Festival announced even more artists to the line-up this Wednesday (including Justice, Lindsey Stirling, Foxygen, and more).
With that said, A Music Blog, Yea? has teamed up with the festival and our friends at do416 to contest a brilliant prize. The prize includes,

10 Must-See Acts at Pemberton 2014
Cage the Elephant | Interview
After seeing Cage the Elephant three times, I can easily vouch that you will not be bored for a second while watching them live. Between wild stage antics by frontman Matt Shultz and the energetic music given by the band, Cage the Elephant are sure to keep both fans, reviewers, and photographers a show to remember.
Nine Inch Nails
In our recent review of NIN’s concert in London, our reviewer was amazed by the “to and fro between electronic and rock orientated material,” that Nine Inch Nails present live. If you want something both “beautiful and disturbing in equal measure”, it will be delivered as thousands of fans scream “I want to f*** you like an animal” together in perfect harmony.
The New Pornographers
Canadian indie rock group The New Pornographers formed in 1999, and have been making infectious power pop ever since. Ridiculously catchy in both vocal and guitar melody, this band have proven over the years that they not only make amazing music on disc, but deliver that same charisma live.
How could you not want to see Blondie? This American rock band are known for being pioneers in the early new wave and punk scenes and have had influence on a countless number of bands. One Way Or Another, you must see Blondie In the Flesh and In the Sun at Pemberton.
Don’t just go and see Sloan expecting great music. The Nova Scotia rock-pop foursome consistently give fans an entertaining show in addition to their goofy stage banter and wonderful tunes. There’s a reason fans have stuck with them for over twenty years.
Legendary American rock band Soundgarden have such a deep catalogue that their set may come off as a greatest hits show. Combining an amazing vocal range against an intensely heavy sonic assault, Soundgarden helped define the best part of the nineties grunge movement.
Canadian sextet Hey Rosetta! have developed a faithful fanbase and continuously deliver an excellent live show (honed from extensive touring). Be sure to catch the group at Pemberton this year to witness the experience for yourself.
American violinist and dancer artist Lindsey Stirling isn’t just an internet sensation — she’s also a skilled musician and tactical performer. Merging classical with electronic debstep, she manages to carve a niche that’s perfectly her own.
Known for being The Queen of Mean, comedian Lisa Lampanelli brings her no holds barred comedy to the festival this year. If you’re in the mood for some raunchy humour that has no boundaries, Lisa is the perfect choice.
If you’re in the mood for entrancing rock-psychedelia, this California duo are here to deliver. Catch Foxygen on July 20th.
